Midwest Conference Championships at Knox College (March 5-6, 2004)

Kolade Agbaje-Williams won the triple jump with a leap of 45 feet, 9.75 inches, and was second in the long jump at 22-5. He was named the Men's Outstanding Field Performer. The Lawrence men finished seventh with 43 points.

Courtney Miller won the 800 meters in 2 minutes, 18.94 seconds, and won the 1,500 in 4:47.70 to earn Women's Outstanding Track Performer honors. She also took third in the 3,000 in 10:38.70. The Lawrence women were eighth with 39 points.

University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Invitational (February 28, 2004)

Courtney Miller took second in the 800 in 2 minutes, 19.67 seconds, and was second in the 3,000 in 10:47.01. Michelle Milne grabbed second in the 55 hurdles in 9.14 seconds, Serene Sahar was fifth in the ling jump at 4.67 meters, and Mary Markowitz was seventh in the pole vault at 2.62 meters. The women's 800 relay was fifth in 2:10.84. Kolade Agbaje-Williams was sixth in the long jump (6.81 meters) and seventh in the triple jump (13.26 meters). Adrell Bullock was fifth in the 200 in 23.07 seconds, Kyle Hewitt took seventh in the 1,500 in 4:11.75, and the 1,600 relay was third in 3:30.27.

The Lawrence men were sixth with 17 points, and the women were seventh with 34 points.

University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Invitational (February 21, 2004)

The Lawrence men finished seventh among the 11 teams. Kolade Agbaje-Williams, James Hahn, Steve Geisthardt, and Adrell Bullock took first in the 800-meter relay with a time of 1:34.86. Bullock also placed eighth in the 200 meters in 23.60. Kyle Hewitt (2:00.19) and Cole Brittain (2:04.49) placed sixth and eighth, respectively, in the 800. The Lawrence women placed sixth among the seven teams. Courtney Miller placed second in the 1,500 in 4:50.08 and sixth in the 800 in 2:26.75. Stephanie Kliethermes earned a fourth-place finish in the long jump with a jump of 16 feet, .25 inches, and seventh in the triple jump by leaping 31-4.50.

University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Invitational (February 7, 2004)

The women's distance medley relay team of Rachel Lucas, Jess Moser, Colleen Detjens and Courtney Miller took first in 13:17.90. The Lawrence women finished eighth among the ten teams with 21.5 points. Lucas also placed fourth in the 800 meters in 2:37.19 and April Evans was seventh in 2:38.36. Michelle Milne was fourth in the 55 hurdles in 9.24 seconds. The men's team was fifth among the ten teams with 27 points. Kolade Agbaje-Williams led Lawrence by taking second in the triple jump with a leap of 44 feet, 1.25 inches, and Cole Brittain took seventh in the 800 in 2:05.29. Lwarence's 800 relay team was third in 1:37.86, and the distance medley relay was fourth in 11:22.07.

University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Invitational (January 24, 2004)

Kolade Agbaje-Williams led Lawrence by taking second in the long jump and fourth in the triple jump. Agbaje-Williams jumped 23 feet, 4.75 inches, to earn a provisional qualifying spot for the NCAA Division III Championships. He was fourth in the triple jump with a leap of 45-7, four inches shy of earning a provisional qualifying spot. Kelly Scheer finished eighth in the 3,000 meters in 11 minutes, 38.55 seconds, to pace the Lawrence women.
