Midwest Conference Championships at Illinois College (February 29-March 1)

Madeline Steininger won the high jump, placed in two other events and was named one of the Outstanding Field Performers of the meet. Steininger won the high jump with a leap of 5 feet, 3.75 inches. She also placed second in the long jump with a personal-best jump of 16-8.75. Steininger nearly broke the school record in the 55-meter hurdles in the preliminaries, and then raced to third place in the finals with a time of 9.01 seconds. She led the women to a seventh-place finish in the team standings with 32.5 points. The Lawrence men placed ninth with six points and were led by Mark Sprtel's seventh-place finish in the 800 meters in 2:03.61.

UW-Stevens Point Invitational (February 23)

Madeline Steininger won the high jump and became a provisional qualifier for the NCAA Division III Championships. Steininger jumped 5 feet, 5 inches. She also broke her own school record of 5-3, which she set earlier this season.

University of Chicago Duals (February 2)

Madeline Steininger broke the Lawrence record and won the high jump with a leap of 5 feet, 3 inches. Steininger broke the record of 5-2 set by Vickie Leathers in 1993. Steininger also placed third in the 55-meter hurdles and took seventh in the long jump. Laurel Benson placed sixth in the pole vault (8-1.25) and Tatiana Bulat was sixth in the triple jump (33-8.75).
In the women's dual scores, Lawrence defeated Chicago State (62-37), Illinois Tech (70-25), and North Park (68-35), lost to beloit (85-56), De Paul (75-51), North Central (109-38), Chicago (116-36), and Illinois-Chicago (63-58), and tied Elmhurst (60-60).
In the men's dual scores, Lawrence defeated Chicago State (61-54), De Paul (58-38), and Illinois Tech (64-40), lost to Beloit (87-53), Elmhurst (62-57), North Central (122-31), and Chicago (119-33), and tied North Park (54-54).

UW-Whitewater Invitational (January 26)

The top finisher for the Vikings was the distance medley relay team, which placed third in 11:34.03. Madeline Steininger paced the women by taking sixth in the high jump with a leap of 4-11.75.

Wisconsin Private College Championships at Carthage College (January 19)

Mike Pierquet broke his own school record in the weight throw with a toss of 45 feet, 7.75 inches. He finished fifth in the event. Tess Jaeger took fifth in the high jump at 4-4.75, Laurel Benson was sixth in the triple jump (31-1.75), and the women's 1,600-meter relay team was seventh.
