Softball

Shannon Arendt had an outstanding week at the plate to lead Lawrence University to a 2-2 record. The senior second baseman from Hortonville batted a blistering .583 on the week. She went 7-for-12 with a pair of doubles and two runs batted in. She compiled a .750 slugging percentage and handled all 17 of her chances in the field flawlessly. She went 2-for-3 in the opening game of a doubleheader with the Milwaukee School of Engineering, a 6-3 Lawrence win. In the VikingsÕ 16-0 win in the nightcap, Arendt was 3-for-3 with three runs scored. In the doubleheader against St. Norbert, she was a combined 2-for-6 with a RBI.

Adrell Bullock
Track and Field

Adrell Bullock posted a pair of top-five finishes to pace Lawrence University at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point Coldman Invitational. Bullock grabbed fourth place in the 200 meters with a time of 23.30 seconds. He also ran to fifth place in the 100 meters in 11.50 seconds. Both times are BullockÕs personal bests for the outdoor season.
