Cross Country
Cate Frazier ran to a fifth-place finish at this past Saturday's Wisconsin Private College Championships at Concordia University of Wisconsin. Led by Frazier's effort, the Vikings took second place in the team standings. Frazier, a freshman from Green Bay, covered the 5,000-meter course in 19 minutes, 59 seconds, on a brutally cold and blustery day. Her finish gave her a place on the all-state first team.
David Quinlan
Cross Country
David Quinlan turned in one of his best finishes of the season at this past Saturday's Wisconsin Private College Championships. Quinlan, a sophomore from Appleton, ran to 13th place overall and helped the Lawrence men take third place in the team standings. Quinlan, running in cold and very windy conditions, finished the 8,000-meter course in 27 minutes, 59 seconds. Quinlan's placement put him on the all-state team.
