Tatiana Bulat
Track and Field

Tatiana Bulat, a freshman from Madison, placed in five events at the Wisconsin Private College Championships. Bulat, who was named the Midwest Conference Field Performer of the Week, had a second-place finish in the triple jump with a leap of 34 feet, 10.5 inches. She also grabbed seventh in the long jump with a distance of 15-1.25. Bulat raced to fourth in the 400-meter hurdles in 1:12.90 and took sixth in the 100 hurdles in 18.07 seconds. She also ran a leg on Lawrence's fourth-place 1,600 relay team.

James Hahn
Track and Field

James Hahn, a senior from Madison, won two events and placed in two more at the Wisconsin Private College Championships. Hahn, who was named the Midwest Conference Field Performer of the Week, won the triple jump with a leap of 42 feet, 0.75 inches. He also won the 400-meter hurdles in 58.79 seconds. Hahn also took fourth in the 110 hurdles in 17.22 seconds and ran on Lawrence's seventh-place 1,600 relay team.

Amanda Hauser
Softball

Amanda Hauser battled a sizzling .636 on the week and helped Lawrence secure a berth in the Midwest Conference Tournament, as the Vikings posted a 3-1 record. The freshman outfielder from Appleton went 7-for-11 with a double and two RBIs and two runs scored in the four games. She posted a .727 slugging percentage and .667 on-base percentage. She also handled all five chances in the outfield flawlessly. She also was 1-for-1 on stolen base attempts. Hauser improved her batting average 60 points on the season and is now at .238.

Catherine Marinac
Softball

Lawrence needed three wins last to guarantee a spot in the Midwest Conference Tournament, and that's exactly what Catherine Marinac got for them. The sophomore pitcher from St. Paul, Minn., went 3-1 on the week with a 1.50 ERA and threw all 28 innings for the Vikings. Marinac, who was named the Midwest Conference Pitcher of the Week, threw a pair of shutouts and limited opponents to a .221 batting average. She struck out 13 and walked five. After starting her week with a 3-1 loss to Ripon, Marinac came back in the second game of the doubleheader in a must-win situation and fired a four-hit shutout in Lawrence's 2-0 win. Against Beloit on Saturday, she allowed six hits, struck out five and walked one in a 4-3 victory in the opener of the doubleheader. She came back in the nightcap and fired a four-hit shutout in Lawrence's 2-0 victory.
