Swimming
Adam Kolb won four individual events and swam on two winning relays in his first two meets of the season and was named the Midwest Conference Swimmer of the Week. At the St. Norbert College Sprint Meet, the senior from St. Paul, Minn., won the 50-yard freestyle (22.84) and won the 100 freestyle (49.75). He also swam on the winning 500 freestyle relay (4:28.83) and winning 200 medley relay (1:42.72). Kolb, a former standout at Highland Park High School, helped Lawrence defeat the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in a dual meet 144-63. He won the 200 freestyle (1:52.58) and 500 freestyle (5:10.15).
