Track and field
Tatiana Bulat paced the Lawrence women at the Wisconsin Private College Championships on April 28 by placing in four events. The sophomore from Madison, Wis., capped her day by winning the triple jump with a leap of 36 feet, 4 inches. She also took fifth in the 100-meter hurdles (17.08), sixth in the high jump (4-6), and eighth in the long jump (16-0.5).
Stephanie Kramer
Track and field
Stephanie Kramer broke her own school record in the hammer throw at the Wisconsin Private College Championships on April 28. The junior from Appleton, Wis., finished fifth in the event with a throw of 117 feet, 10 inches, which broke her previous record of 117-1. Kramer set that record back on March 31. She also placed seventh in the discus (102-7) and 14th in the shot put (29-7.25).
David Quinlan
Track and field
David Quinlan won one event and finished second in another to pace the Lawrence men at the Wisconsin Private College Championships on April 28. The senior from Appleton, Wis., won the 800 meters in 2:00.51 and took second in the 1,500 in 4:08.76.
