Rick Moore scored four goals and assisted on another in Lawrence University's two games this past week. The freshman midfielder from Cary, Ill., picked up his first career hat trick in Lawrence's 4-1 win over Lake Forest on Saturday. He scored in the 46th minute to give Lawrence a 1-0 lead and then scored just 27 seconds after Lake Forest had tied the score to give the Vikings the lead for good at 2-1. Moore got the hat trick when he scored on a header off a corner kick in the 75th minute to put Lawrence up 3-1. He also had a hand in the team's other goal, handing out an assist on Ryan Pikna's goal to complete the scoring. Moore also scored Lawrence's only goal in a 2-1 loss to Edgewood earlier in the week. Moore now has five goals on the season and 12 points.
