Andy Hurley averaged 16.3 points and 7.3 rebounds per game in three contests this week, as the Vikings posted a 2-1 record. The junior forward from Kimberly, Wis., scored 14 of his game-high 18 points in the second half in Lawrence's 72-62 win over Concordia (Wis.) at the Falcons' tournament on Saturday. He also grabbed a team-high eight rebounds in that contest and had a pair of blocks. In the Vikings' 89-75 win over Wisconsin Lutheran on Friday, Hurley scored 16 points and grabbed eight rebounds. In Lawrence's 70-67 loss to No. 25 UW-Stevens Point, Hurley scored all 15 of his team-high 15 points in the second half, as the Vikings rallied from an 18-point deficit and nearly pulled out the win. Hurley hit 16 of 30 shots from the floor (53.3 percent) and was 17 of 21 (81 percent) from the free throw line for the week.

Ryan Kroeger led the Vikings in scoring in two games this past week, as Lawrence posted a 2-1 record. The sophomore guard from Glendale, Wis., averaged 17 points and 3.7 rebounds in the three games. He scored 15 points in a 70-67 loss at UW-Stevens Point and had 11 points in a 72-62 win over Concordia (Wis.) at the Falcons' holiday tournament on Saturday. Sandwiched around those games, he poured in 25 points on 10 of 16 shooting from the floor in an 89-75 win over Wisconsin Lutheran at the Concordia tourney on Friday. Kroeger shot 52.8 percent from the floor and also handed out six assists and picked up four steals on the week.
