Jordan Clark
Baseball

Jordan Clark hit .517 on the week and tied a Lawrence record. The senior shortstop from Omro, Wis., went 15-for-29, scored 15 runs, and drove in 11 runs as Lawrence posted a 5-1 record on the week. Clark pounded out six doubles on the week and smacked a homer vs. Finlandia on April 13. Clark tied the record for hits in a game when he went 5-for-5 in Lawrence's 11-5 win at Carroll on April 18.

Alex Goodson
Softball

Alex Goodson put on display of power hitting during the week. In nine games, the junior infielder from Plainfield, Ill., batted .385 with eight extra-base hits. Goodson was 10-for-26 with four doubles, four homers, and 16 runs batted in. Goodson hit two homers, including a grand slam, the first by a Lawrence player since she did in 2007, and drove in six runs vs. Grinnell on April 18. Goodson knocked in five runs and collected three hits, including two doubles, against Knox on April 19.

Marva Goodson
Track and field

Marva Goodson became a provisional qualifier for the NCAA Division III Championships when she jumped 18 feet, 3.25 inches, to win the long jump at the Wisconsin Lutheran Invitational on April 18. Goodson's jump is the second-longest in the Midwest Conference this season. The sophomore from Saginaw, Mich., also won the 100 meters in 12.84 seconds and ran on Lawrence's second-place 400-meter relay team, which finished in 51.91 seconds.

Wes Otte
Baseball

Wes Otte hit .609 in six games this past week and Lawrence posted a 5-1 mark on the week. The junior outfielder from Appleton, Wis., went 14-for-23 with four doubles, a homer, and 16 runs batted in. Otte, who was named the Midwest Conference Player of the Week, put together a .679 on-base percentage and .913 slugging percentage. He also went 4-for-4 on stolen bases and handled all 13 chances in center field flawlessly. Otte's biggest game of the week was in Lawrence's 11-5 victory at Carroll on April 18, when he went 4-for-5 with two doubles and a homer. He drove in five runs in that game. Otte also drove in four runs as he went 2-for-4 with a double in the second game of a doubleheader sweep of Finlandia on April 13.
