Clare Bohrer led the Vikings in kills and blocks last week and was named to the Clarke Tournament all-tournament team. A freshman middle hitter from Eau Claire, Wis., Bohrer averaged 2.67 kills per game and had a .262 hitting percentage in matches against St.Norbert, Clarke, and Loras. Bohrer added nine blocks, 10 digs, and two service aces. In the two matches at the Clarke Tournament, Bohrer had 17 kills, a .279 hitting percentage, seven digs, and eight blocks.
Matt Hoh
Football
Matt Hoh turned in a fine performance to lead the Lawrence defense in its game with Beloit. A senior defensive end from Kimberly, Wis., Hoh led the team with nine tackles, which tied his career high. Hoh also recorded three tackles for loss and a sack against the Bucs. Led by Hoh, the Lawrence defense held Beloit to 255 total yards, which is a season low for an opponent this season.
