Paul Senner
Men's Soccer

Paul Senner accounted for all of Lawrence's offense during the week and was named the Midwest Conference Offensive Player of the Week. Senner, a junior midfielder from Anchorage, Alaska, scored the first two goals of his career. Senner picked up his first career goal in Lawrence's 1-0 victory over the Milwaukee School of Engineering on Sept. 9. Senner then helped the Vikings salvage a 1-1 double-overtime tie at Beloit on Sept. 12. With the Vikings trailing 1-0, Senner scored in the 33rd minute to tie the game. With Senner's help on offense, the Vikings improved to a 1-1-2 on the season.

Tom Vyskocil
Golf

Tom Vyskocil picked up the first victory of his collegiate career when he finished first at the Lawrence Fall Classic on Sept. 12. The senior from Brookfield, Ill., carded a 2-over par 74 on the layout at Eagle Creek Golf Club. Vyskocil went out in 37 and also shot 37 on the back nine. Led by Vyskocil, the Vikings shot a team score of 326 and finished in third place in the team standings.
