Cameron Gmehlin won a pair of events and swam on a winning relay team to help Lawrence to a sweep at the Lawrence Triangular on Nov. 20 at Boldt Natatorium. The freshman from Montgomery, Ala., took first in the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:05.70 and grabbed first in the 200 individual medley with a time of 2:07.69. He also swam on Lawrence's winning 200 medley relay team, which took the top spot with a time of 1:41.60. Lawrence topped Ripon 153-44 and downed Marquette 150-45 at the meet.
Julia Heller
Swimming
Julia Heller won a pair of events to lead Lawrence to a sweep at the Lawrence Triangular on Nov. 20 at Boldt Natatorium. The sophomore from Daly City, Calif., paced Lawrence to a 162-31 victory over Ripon and a 120-77 win over Marquette. Heller won the 200-yard freestyle in 2:07.12 and took first in the 100 backstroke in 1:09.19. She also was part of Lawrence's second-place 200 medley relay team, which had a time of 2:04.30.
