Conor Klusendorf
Men's Basketball

Conor Klusendorf averaged 20.5 points per game and shot 62 percent from the floor in two games this past week as Lawrence split a pair of games. Klusendorf scored a season-high 26 points (the second-highest game total of his career) and added 10 rebounds for a double-double in Lawrence's 80-57 victory over Illinois College on Feb. 2. The senior forward from Chicago, Ill., also had two assists, a block and three steals against the Blueboys. In a 68-54 loss at St. Norbert on Jan. 26, Klusendorf scored 15 points on 6-for-8 shooting from the floor. He also added three rebounds, two assists and two blocks against the Green Knights.

Amber Lisowe
Women's Basketball

Amber Lisowe led Lawrence to its first conference victory of the season by scoring a game-high 19 points as the Vikings downed Illinois College 56-53 on Feb. 2. Lisowe also added seven rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal against the the Lady Blues. Earlier in the week, Lisowe had eight points, six rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal in an 87-31 loss at St. Norbert on Jan. 26.

JP Ranumas
Track and Field

JP Ranumas broke the Lawrence record in the 60-meter hurdles at the UW-Stevens Point Invitational on Feb. 2. The freshman from Winnetka, Ill., finished second in the event in a time of 8.76 seconds, breaking the record of 8.78 that had stood since 1990. Ranumas also was part of the 4x200-meter relay team that finished second in 1:39.22. He teamed with Ben Bard, Matt Geleske and Bjorn Gowdy-Jaehnig.
