Men's Basketball

Ryan DePouw led Lawrence to a 2-0 record on the week and set a career scoring high in the process. In Lawrence's 78-76 road victory at Illinois College on Nov. 25, the sophomore guard from Oconto, Wis., scored a career-high 25 points on 9 of 13 shooting from the floor. DePouw, who topped his previous career high of 17 points, also pulled down a game-high seven rebounds and picked up five assists, two blocks and a steal. In Lawrence's other action of the week, DePouw scored 10 points, pulled down six rebounds, picked up a pair of assists, a pair of blocks and a pair of steals in an 83-76 nonconference win over Marian University on Nov. 21. For the week, DePouw averaged 17.5 points and shot 63.2 percent (12-19) from the floor, including 55.6 percent (5-9) from 3-point range. He also averaged 6.5 rebounds, 3.5 steals, 2.0 blocks and 1.5 steals per game.

Amber Lisowe
Women's Basketball

Amber Lisowe scored a career-high 25 points in Lawrence's only action of the week. In a 78-62 loss at Illinois College on Nov. 25, the junior guard from Chilton, Wis., hit on 9 of 16 shots from the floor, including 3 of 6 from 3-point range. She also tied for game-high honors with six rebounds and picked up three steals and an assist. Lisowe topped her previous career high of 22 points against St. Norbert last season.
