Midwest Conference Championships at Lake Forest College (November 1)
The Lawrence women came up a scant two points short in their quest for the conference championship. St. Norbert College edged the Vikings, 64-66, to the league title. Courtney Miller finished second for Lawrence, running the 5,000-meter course in 18 minutes, 39 seconds. Carroll's Kristin Igielski won the individual title in 17:49. Colleen Detjens led the rest of the Lawrence contingent by taking ninth in 19:28. Rachel Lucas was 12th in 19:56, Jess Moser was 21st in 20:24, and Kelly Scheer was 22nd in 20:26 to round out the scoring for Lawrence. St. Norbert's fourth and fifth finishers placed 19th and 20th to give the Green Knights the margin they needed for the victory. Jamie Marincic was 43rd for the Vikings in 21:26 and Katie Kraemer was 47th in 21:33. By virtue of their finishes, Miller, Detjens, and Lucas earned all-conference honors.
The Lawrence men were a disappointing ninth 183 points. Lawrence finished with 183 points, and Grinnell College won the title with 27 points. Paul Schonfeld earned all-conference honors for the Vikings by taking 14th in 26:51 on the 8,000-meter course. Rounding out the scoring for the Vikings were: David Quinlan (26th, 27:39), Phil Keith (38th, 28:36), Mitch Goodman (46th, 28:54), and Pat Breese (59th, 30:50).

Lawrence University Invitational (October 25)
Courtney Miller ran to victory over the 5,000-meter course at Plamann Park. She turned in a time of 20 minutes, 15.78 seconds, on the hilly course. Lawrence won the team title with 25 points, as Jess Moser finished third (21:14.96), Colleen Detjens was fourth (21:20.51), Rachel Lucas grabbed fifth (21:21.99), and Jamie Marincic was 12th (22:11.54). St. Norbert was second in the team standings with 57 points.
The University of Wisconsin-Platteville won the men's title with 17 points, and Lawrence was third with 73. Phil Keith led Lawrence by taking seventh in 28:45.36 on the 8,000-meter course. Paul Schonfeld was eighth (28:50.98), David Quinlan was 10th (28:57.57), Mitch Goodman was 22nd (31:26.00), and Will Daniels was 26th (32:35.12).

Wiconsin Private College Championships at Carthage College (October 18)
Courtney Miller ran to fourth place and led the Lawrence women to second place in the team standings in the 12-team meet. Miller finished the 5,000-meter course in 19 minutes, 9 seconds. Colleen Detjens took ninth for the Vikings in 19:53, Jess Moser was 15th in 20:14, Rachel Lucas was 25th in 20:55, and Kelly Scheer was 27th in 21:02 to round out the scoring. Carthage won the team title with 62 points, and Lawrence was second with 80.
Paul Schonfeld paced the Lawrence men by finishing fifth in 27:22 over the 8,000-meter course. David Quinlan grabbed 12th place in 27:48, Mitchell Goodman was 33rd in 29:59, Will Daniels took 49th in 32:01, and Pat Breese was 52nd in 32:19. Carthage won the team title with 55 points, and Lawrence was fifth in the 11-team meet with 149 points.

University of Wisconsin-Platteville Invitational (October 11)
The Lawrence women placed second in the four-team meet, and the men were fourth. Colleen Detjens led all Lawrence finishers by taking seventh on the 6,000-meter course in 25 minutes, 31 seconds. Jess Moser grabbed tenth place in 26:03, Rachel Lucas was 18th in 27:27, Jamie Marincic was 20th in 27:45, Allie Dietsche was 24th in 28:36, Emily Maillette was 25th in 28:41, Katie Kraemer was 27th in 29:02, Dana Thuecks was 29th in 30:02, Mary Markowitz 33rd in 32:27, and Lura Strasser was 37th in 35:34.
Paul Schonfeld paced the Viking men by taking sixth in 28:27 on the 8,000-meter course. Other finishers for the Vikings were: David Quinlan (16th, 29:52), Mitch Goodman (26th, 31:38), Will Daniels (31st, 34:09), Pat Breeze (37th, 38:32), and Gaku Nambu (38th, 40:04).

Beloit College Old English Classic (October 4)
Courtney Miller ran to second place and led the Lawrence women to third place in the team standings of the 12-team event. Miller rinished the 5,000-meter course in 19 minutes, 29 seconds. Lawrence was third with 77 points, and Illinois Wesleyan won the meet with 67 points. Colleen Detjens grabbed seventh place for Lawrence in 20:29, Kelly Sheer was 14th in 21:07, Rachel Lucas was 16th in 21:13, and Jamie Marincic was 38th in 22:21 to round out the scoring for the Vikings. Also competing for Lawrence were: Allie Dietsche (47th, 22:46), Katie Kraemer (52nd, 22:59), Emily Maillette (75th, 23:22), Dana Thuecks (85th, 23:58), Mary Markowitz (93rd, 24:45), Beth Lauer (94th, 24:56), Kelsey James (105th, 26:34), Kate Strasser (108th, 27:18), and Lura Strasser (114th, 27:44).
Paul Schonfeld paced the Lawrence men by taking 14th in 27:34. Lawrence finished 10th among the 14 teams with a score of 274, and North Central College won the title with 65 points. David Quinlan grabbed 34th place in 28:34, Mitchell Goodman was 54th in 29:32, Will Daniels took 84th in 33:25, Pat Breese was 88th in 34:29, and Gaku Namba was 92nd in 38:15.

Ripon College Invitational (September 27)
Colleen Detjens led the Lawrence women to the team championship in the 11-team meet. Detjens, a freshman, finished in third place on the 5,000-meter course in 19 minutes, 29 seconds. Lawrence won the team title with 47 points, three points better than second-place St. Mary's University. Jess Moser took seventh in 20:10, Rachel Lucas was eighth in 20:14, Kelly Scheer was 13th in 20:30, and Jamie Marincic was 16th in 20:55 to round out the scoring for the Vikings. Also competing for Lawrence were Allie Dietsche (24th, 21:55), Emily Maillette (31st, 22:49), Mary Markowitz (40th, 23:25), April Evans (41st, 23:46), and Lura Strasser (55th, 26:22).
The Lawrence men were fourth among the 13 teams, and Phil Keith and Paul Schonfeld led the way. Lawrence was fourth with 92 points, and the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point won the meet with 26. Keith led Lawrence by taking seventh in 28:38.30 on the 8,000-meter course, and Schonfeld was eighth in 28:38.90. David Quinlan took 14th in 29:29, Mitchell Goodman was 20th in 30:28, Will Daniels was 43rd in 34:54, and Zack Erickson was 53rd in 37:04.

University of Wisconsin-Parkside Midwest Collegiate Cross Country Meet (September 20)
Courtney Miller ran to a 36th-place finish to lead the Lawrence women to 18th place in the 34-team meet. Miller finished the 5,000-meter course in 19 minutes, 19 seconds. Colleen Detjens took 79th in 20:19, Kelly Scheer was 113th in 21:02, Jess Moser was 124th in 21:16, Jamie Marincic was 145th in 22:09, Allie Dietsche was 150th in 22:17, Katie Kraemer was 153rd in 22:22, Emily Maillette was 232nd in 23:23, Dana Thuecks was 236th in 23:29, Mary Markowitz was 239th in 23:35, April Evans was 251st in 24:00, and Lura Strasser was 299th in 27:53.

The Lawrence men fielded only four runners and didn't register a team score. Phil Keith led the Vikings by placing 129th in 27:34 on the 8,000-meter course. Paul Schonfeld was 154th in 27:49, David Quinlan took 180th in 28:11, and Mitchell Goodman was 237th in 29:40.

Concordia University of Wisconsin Invitational (September 13)
Courtney Miller ran to second place to lead the Lawrence women to a third-place finish in the 21-team meet. Miller finished the 5,000-meter course in 20 minutes, 3 seconds. Rounding out the scoring for the Lawrence women were: Colleen Detjens (21st, 21:13), Jess Moser (22nd, 21:17), Kelly Scheer (30th, 21:38), and Jamie Marincic (51st, 22:26). Others competing for the Vikings included Allie Dietsche (71st, 23:17) and Katie Kraemer (72nd, 23:19).
The Lawrence men took 11th in the 20-team field, with Phillip Keith leading the way. He grabbed 18th place on the 8,000-meter course in 28:45. Paul Schonfeld took 24th in 28:56, David Quinlan was 49th in 30:06, Mitchell Goodman was 71st in 31:20, and Zach Erickson was 122nd in 45:23.

St. Norbert College Invitational (September 6)
Courtney Miller led the Lawrence women to a sixth-place finish by taking fifth overall in 20 minutes, 10 seconds. The remainder of the top seven for the Vikings were: Colleen Detjens (17th, 21:01), Jess Moser (35th, 21:48), Kelly Scheer (40th, 22:01), Rachel Lucas (54th, 22:32), Jamie Marincic (55th, 22:36), and Allie Dietsche (63rd, 22:54).

Freshman Phillip Keith led the Lawrence men by taking eighth in 22:05. David Quinlan placed 26th in 23:11, Paul Schonfeld was 33rd in 23:31, and Mitchell Goodman was 56th in 24:31. The men finished ninth with a team score of 198.

Michigan Tech Invitational (August 30)
The Vikings did not compete.
