What is the Registrar's Office?
The Lawrence University Registrar's Office is responsible for maintaining the official student academic records of the University. Services include:
- course registration
- grade collection and reporting
- transcripts
- enrollment verifications
- degree audits
- degree certification
- transcript evaluations
- classroom scheduling
- publication of the class and final exam schedules
- routine and custom reporting for faculty and other administrative offices
Office staff can provide information about academic regulations, class and waiting lists, how to declare a major or change an adviser, how to petition for transfer credit, degree requirements, and progress toward a degree. Students are welcome to stop in and strongly encouraged to contact the office if they have questions or concerns about their course registrations or their academic records.
The Registrar's Office is located on the first floor of Brokaw Hall at the south entrance by the foot bridge.

During winter break 2012 the office will be closed on the following days:
Thanksgiving Holiday: Thursday-Friday, November 22-23, 2012
Christmas-New Year: December 22, 2012, through January 1, 2013
Winter Break Hours: 8:00 a.m. - noon and 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
Regular Hours: 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00-5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Summer Hours: 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00-4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Note: The office closes for university convocations.
