Course Requirements for Section 02D  
 

• regular class attendance and active participation 
• attendance at lectures
• completion of readings
• passing of quizzes, midterm and final exam
• completion of two short essays, a third longer paper, and one remake

Course grade will be determined according to the following percentages: 

       Class attendance and participation                    25% 
         Quizzes                                                           10% 
         Midterm and Final                                           30% 
         Papers                                                            35%
