Ramen Noodle Salad                Celeste Holly

1 lb. package shredded cole slaw mix

1 small bunch green onions, chopped

½ cup sunflower seeds

2 packages Ramen noodle soup (I use chicken flavor)

1 small package slivered or sliced almonds

 

Toast almonds and dry Ramen noodles (broken into small pieces) in low temperature oven about 10 minutes.

Combine with coleslaw, sunflower seeds and onions.

 

Dressing:

1 cup vegetable or canola oil

½ cup sugar

2 packages of Ramen noodle soup seasoning

 

Mix or shake all ingredients together.

Pour dressing over Ramen noodle salad just before serving.
