The Worldwide Internet Weirdness Institute of Wisconsin (WIWIWI) is devoted to the identification, collection, and perpetuation of Internet Weirdness. The Institute's WEIrdness Research Directorate (WEIRD), staffed by legions of dedicated volunteers scours the Internet for evidence of whimsical, peculiar, strange, amusing, bizarre, cryptic, nonsensical, outlandish, outrageous, or just plain odd, stuff.
