Mission
The purpose of the corporate, foundation and sponsored research programs is to secure funding from organizational sources in furtherance of Lawrence University’s mission to prepare students for lives of service, achievement, leadership, and personal fulfillment. Toward that end, the CFSR staff seeks to secure gifts and grants from the corporate and foundation constituency and federal agencies in support of the general operations of the college as well as capital (endowment and plant), programmatic and academic priorities as determined by Lawrence’s Board of Trustees, President, Provost, and Vice President for Alumni & Development.
