TIMELINE: Approved text for this project must be finalized and submitted a minimum of 14 working days before the due date.* Brochure projects with large quantities require additional time.
PROJECT DETAILS: A brochure is a printed piece using a single sheet of paper, folded once or twice. The most common brochure is 3.6” wide x 8.5” tall (folded) twice and bearing the Lawrence University “smile” at the bottom.
QUESTIONS? Please contact Craig L. Gagnon, director of communications, at 920-832-6587 with any questions or concerns you have related to your project.
The Office of Communications strives to produce high quality, creative communications for the Lawrence community and we want you to be satisfied with (and even proud of) our work.
*Sufficient lead-time is needed for the creative process and also to manage the volume of requests we receive daily. We strongly encourage you to plan in advance for your print communication needs and we are happy to meet with you to assist in the planning process. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept a brochure project less than 14 working days before it is needed. Exceptions must be approved in advance by Cal Husmann, VP for alumni, development and communications, 920-832-7687.
