Event Program Project

TIMELINE: Approved text for this project must be finalized and submitted a minimum of 14 working days before the due date.* Programs with large page counts or quantities require additional time.

If you are not able to meet the above timeline, a program template is available.

PROJECT DETAILS: Most Lawrence University programs are printed 5.5” wide x 8.5” tall (folded) and bear the Lawrence University “smile” at the bottom. If you are interested in designing your own event program, we recommend contacting Liz Boutelle, art director, at 920-832-6592 to talk about design requirements.

*Sufficient lead-time is needed for the creative process and also to manage the volume of requests we receive daily. We strongly encourage you to plan in advance for your print communication needs and we are happy to meet with you to assist in the planning process. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept an event program project less than 14 working days before it is needed. Exceptions must be approved in advance by Cal Husmann, VP for alumni, development and communications, 920-832-7687.
