TIMELINE: Posters are distributed on THURSDAYS and should be posted 2 WEEKS prior to your event. Design, approvals, and printing take 14 working days, which means orders for posters and all information needed to produce them must be received at least 5 WEEKS prior to an event.*

PROJECT DETAILS: All Lawrence University posters are printed 11” wide x 17” tall and bear the Lawrence University “smile” at the bottom. If you are interested in designing your own poster, we recommend contacting Liz Boutelle, art director, at 920-832-6592 to talk about design requirements.

The Office of Communications strives to produce high quality, creative communications for the Lawrence community and we want you to be satisfied with (and even proud of) our work.
*Sufficient lead-time is needed for the creative process and also to manage the volume of requests we receive daily. We strongly encourage you to plan in advance for your print communication needs and we are happy to meet with you to assist in the planning process. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept a poster project less than 14 working days before it is to be posted.
