Sign/Banner Project

TIMELINE: Signs and banners are typically outsourced because Lawrence equipment is not able to print them. Departments ordering signs/banners are responsible for the cost of outsourcing. All information for signs and banners must be finalized and submitted at least 10 working days prior to design approval.* .* Once the sign/banner design is approved, we will work with the printing vendor to complete the project as quickly as possible, however, we are not able to control vendor production schedules.

PROJECT DETAILS: Signs and banners may be printed on a variety of materials that vary widely in cost. We will work with you to determine the most cost effective solution for your need.

The Office of Communications strives to produce high quality, creative communications for the Lawrence community and we want you to be satisfied with (and even proud of) our work.

*Sufficient lead-time is needed for the creative process and also to manage the volume of requests we receive daily. We strongly encourage you to plan in advance for your print communication needs and we are happy to meet with you to assist in the planning process. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept a sign/banner project less than 10 working days before it is needed. Exceptions must be approved in advance by Cal Husmann, VP for alumni, development and communications, 920-832-7687.
