Postage & Mailing Project

TIMELINE: The print shop is presently responsible for certain aspects of large (more than 50 items) mailings. Mail requiring postage only is generally processed within 24 hours. Smaller mailings may be sent via campus mail or delivered in person to the Warch Campus Center for same-day processing.

PROJECT DETAILS: Large mailings requiring only postage should be delivered in person to Debbie Gibbons in the print shop, lower level Brokaw Hall. Before delivering items to be mailed, please provide the following information:

All large mailings eligible to be mailed at bulk rates (200+) will be mailed using the most cost effective option available. If you believe your project must be mailed at a more expensive rate, please contact Craig L. Gagnon at the number below.

Mailing services are currently split between the Warch Campus Center mailroom and our print shop. All mail operations are scheduled to move to the Warch Campus Center by September 2011.
