CROCK POT DRESSING                             Sally Keller

 1 C butter

1 C chopped onion

1 C chopped celery

1 ½ teas. salt

1 ½ teas. sage

½ teas. pepper

12 to 13 C dried bread cubes

3 ½ to 4 ½ C chicken broth - just to moisten

2 eggs well beaten

 

Start at 45 min. on high, then 4 to 8 hrs. on low.

 

May use more or less seasonings to taste; also can use thyme and/or poultry seasoning
