Marinated Mushrooms              Lynette Schroeder

 

2-16 oz. whole mushrooms, washed

Boil: 1 cup butter
       1/2 can cr. of mushroom or chicken
       2 T. onion(I use onion powder because some people don't like to
                  "see" onion--Rachel Ray trick or 1 T. Onion, onion from Tastefully Simple)
       1 tsp. marjoram
       1/2 tsp. garlic salt
       1 c. veg. oil (I use canola oil)

Pour over mushrooms. Bake at 1 hour at 300. Keep warm in crock pot to
serve.
