12 c. chopped tomatoes
3 c. chopped green peppers
3 c. chopped onions
Jalapeno peppers--chopped with seeds:
1 c. = hot 1/2 c. = med. 1/4 c. = mild
3 c. white vinegar
3 c. ketchup
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 t. oregano
1 t. ground cumin
1 t. dill weed
1 1/2 t. garlic powder
1/4-1/2 c. cornstarch
Mix all together except cornstarch in 8 qt. kettle. Bring to full boil.
Simmer for 2 hours. Thicken with cornstarch.
Hot pack or freeze.

1/2 tsp. Black pepper
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 t. garlic powder
2 shots tequila
juice of 1 lime
2 cans tomato paste
Mix all together in 8 qt. kettle. Bring to full boil.
Simmer for 2 hours.
Hot pack or freeze.
