Local Arrangements: Room Setup

The theater setup works perfectly well for 95% of all meetings. Fill the meeting room with chairs and let it stay that way for as long as possible.

Each room should have a lectern and microphone whether they are requested or not.

Whenever possible, have a standard 8' table at the back of the room for handouts -- again, whether one is requested or not. It'll save last minute scurrying.

Attached is the Misc. Setup List -- those things that needed to be arranged with the hotel that didn't fit into the standard meeting room setup list.
