Addressing, Postage, and Mailings

If your project requires making photocopies, please use the Photocopies form.

TIMELINE: Most large mailings requiring only the application of address labels and postage can be completed in our print shop within three days. Given the volume of printing projects and staffing levels, we suggest supplying the items to be mailed with address files at least 72 hours before the mail date.

PROJECT DETAILS: Large mailings requiring only addressing and postage should be delivered in person to Debbie Gibbons in the print shop, lower level Brokaw Hall. Before delivering items to be mailed, please provide the following information:

Mailing services are currently split between the Warch Campus Center mailroom and our print shop. All mail operations are scheduled to move to the Warch Campus Center by September 2011.
